Scarlet is one of the six playable characters in The Path.

Appearance

Scarlet is a tall girl with black hair tied up in a bun, along with very pale skin. She wears a black shirt, red shawl along with a red hair band, black pants and red dress shoes. Like all of her sisters, she has her own unique way of movement. She walks with very elegant posture; slow and methodical, and runs similarly.

History

Scarlet is the oldest of six. The firstborn. In a family with an invisible mother. Quite a responsibility. One that she faces with determination and a sense of duty and pride. She is 19 years of age. She should probably be enjoying what's left of her youth. But with five younger sisters, one more unruly than the other, somebody needs to maintain order and stability.

Not that Scarlet doesn't wish to share the burden. Or a moment of silence. A moment of quiet understanding with a soulmate. A moment of true togetherness. Her loneliness is a secret she will take to the grave. Sooner than she may expect.

The Wolf scene

Scarlet's Wolf dwells in in the Ruined Theater, constantly moving between the stage and the light stand behind the red benches. He wears what appears to be a long white wig with a long black suit. Whenever Scarlet approaches him on the stage he will walk to the lightstand and lean against it. When Scarlet chooses to approach the piano, the Wolf will move up to her shoulder and mentor her while she plays. The camera will start to zoom out as the curtains on the theater begin to fall, and the game fades to black.

• In the opening scene she can be seen talking away on the phone, or waiting for someone to pick up, as we don't really see her lips moving to speak.
• The definition of Scarlet is "a brilliant red", Which may in fact state Scarlet's passion for the arts, more specifically music, and even more specifically, the piano.
• Like all her younger sisters below her senior, her name is also a variation slash hue of red.
• Her desing is based off the actress Liv Ullman
